SSL Capable Netcat

GomoR rewrite a new netcat tools in pure Perl with SSL capabilities features named SSL Capable Netcat (scnc), IPV6 features and proxying, it’s really a great tool to handle proxying SSL socket or make some debug against certificates.

I decided to port it on my prefer operating system via send-pr and now it was commited on ports tree.

So, now I’m a FreeBSD maintainer \o/. It’s is the first but not the last
